Energy 12" Wok

This wok has a solid cast aluminum construction that heats efficiently and reduces cooking time. A PFAS-free ceramic reinforced coating means the pan has excellent non-stick qualities. The pan has an attached stay-cool Bakelite handle that resists heat and allows the chef to handle comfortably while cooking.

Care & Cleaning

• Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans. 
• You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils. 
• Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers. 
  
• Utensils: Use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils to protect the ceramic coating. Avoid metal utensils.

Note: While the ceramic coating is durable, it is not indestructible. Proper care will extend the life of your pan and maintain its non-stick performance.
